Brixsy is not a title company and does not provide title insurance or other settlement services. All title insurance and other settlement services are provided by third party licensed title agents/agencies.

Fees that Brixsy charges a user for ordering closings and/or title and/or settlement services through the ‘close with brixsy’ or ‘brixsy closings’ feature are deposits and will be refunded in their entirety only to the payer and only at the time and place of settlement on the subject property for which the services were ordered and only in the event that the transaction that is initiated with a title company through brixsy consummates that transaction. If settlement does not take place under these conditions, the entire deposit charge will be applied to the cost of the title search work, data and time; in this event, no part of the deposit is refundable.
